Dear RV Enthusiast/Vendor,

I am part of a team with the City of Chicago Intergovernmental Executive

Development Program. Our team project is exploring the possibility of

building an RV Park in Chicago. Prior to pursuing this concept further, we are

seeking the input from those within the RV industry as to whether an urban RV

park would be attractive to the RV population. Chicago is a world-class tourist

destination and it is our contention that the RV population would stop in the city

to visit its wonderful attractions if given the opportunity. Currently, the closest

RV Park is over 30 miles from the city's downtown area, where many of the

popular attractions are located. We feel that an urban RV Park within the city

would offer the RV population a convenient opportunity to visit the city.

Therefore, we wish to know whether you feel that the urban attractions such as

museums, the arts, professional sports teams, shopping, etc. that are available

in Chicago would attract the RV population; i.e., do you think this is a good

idea?
